Free parking for one vehicle in a secure, heated underground parkade. Drive 15 minutes to reach the boutiques and sights of Banff, and ski, bike, and hike in nearby Banff National Park. Getting Around: Canmore Crossing is located across the road from the bus stop, and there's free Roam transit within Canmore, including to the Nordic Centre. Save yourself a parking headache by catching the Roam bus to Banff and Lake Louise too (fees apply for out of town buses). Other Things to Note: Please note: This building is not air conditioned and while it does have fans, it can get a little warm on hot summer days. If AC is important to you, this might not be the best fit for you, so please talk to us and let us offer a similar, alternative option that does have AC. Please note, the hot tub jets in Building A and C are not working at present (Feb 2026), we are waiting on an update as to when that will be fixed Interaction with Guests: We are professional vacation managers who live in town and will happily offer as much or as little support as you need during your stay. The condo has a nice layout and is close and convenient to town and amenities. You have a gorgeous view from every window. I was happy to see the washer/dryer was in the unit and not a communal facility. There were some things in the condo which need maintenance, and the people above us had who I assume was a child running and jumping well into the night, so it was noisy, but hopefully they were just visiting and don't live there. I could see it getting very warm in there when the weather is warm because we had relatively cool weather and it was still a bit warm for us at night.
