Welcome to our stunning three-bedroom penthouse suite, featuring breathtaking views from your private six-person hot tub.
This is one of five Penthouse Suites we own and operate on the same floor of the building. Explore all of them for options or if traveling with friends and need additional space.
Our two-story Penthouse loft offers 2400 sq. ft. of luxurious living space and a large deck with outdoor living area and ten-person hot tub.
The suite offers:
A spacious upstairs master bedroom with a walk-in closet, TV, large bathroom, and a king-sized bed.
A first main floor bedroom with one king-sized bed and one queen-sized bed.
A second main floor bedroom with a king-sized bed that can be split into two twin beds upon request (48 hours notice required, additional charge may apply), a seating area, and a TV.
A large main floor bathroom.
A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar.
A large living room and dining area.
Enjoy your private rooftop patio with a ten-person hot tub and a main floor balcony equipped with a BBQ.
We provide complimentary WiFi and access to the heated indoor swimming pool, water-slide, and The Grande Kitchen + Bar located on the main floor of the building.
Additional amenities include two secured parking spaces in the heated underground parkade, in-suite laundry, and comfortable patio furniture on both the main floor balcony and rooftop patio.
Please note that pets are not allowed, and the suite including the balcony and patio are a smoke-free environment.
Guests have full access to all parts of the home.
Please be aware this property is not wheelchair accessible, and you will need to use stairs inside the split-level suite. An elevator is available near the underground heated parking spots, making it easy to bring luggage to the room, but the suite itself requires stairs for access to the main floor and second level.
Remember to enjoy the indoor/outdoor hot tub, pool, waterslide, and children`s pool/fountains on the main floor, especially if you`re traveling with children.
Guests also have access to a shared gym (small but well equipped) on the second floor.
We have an excellent onsite team ready to assist you. If they are unavailable, you can almost always reach us on our cell phone at any time. We also provide a guidebook on Airbnb with recommended activities and restaurants.
Non-emergency support and amenities top-ups are available daily from 11 am to 4 pm.
Canmore is a fantastic little town full of indoor and outdoor activities! It`s much less touristy and crowded than Banff (10-15 minutes away), but (in our opinion) has much better restaurants and amenities.
Main Street is a fun walk with lots of great shops. Don`t miss Elevation Place, Canmore`s community centre. Take the kids there and watch them learn to rock climb. The self-repelling system means they will stay safe and be able to push their limits. We`ve seen kids as young as 2 years old climbing there.

The suite comes with two heated underground parking stalls very close to the elevator. Taxis are available in Canmore.
The main part of town is less than 1km from your front door if you use the pedestrian rail crossing and has great dining and small shops.
The building houses an upscale restaurant, The Grande. We have always had fantastic meals there, though the restaurant receives mixed reviews, so we encourage you to check its current status on TripAdvisor.
***Please note that the Techno showers on the main floor are aging, and their continued performance cannot be guaranteed. The shower functions as a regular shower, but the remote and additional features may not always work. The steam function is no longer operational in any of the showers. We are in the process of replacing them. Thank you for your patience and understanding.*** We prefer not to use the term `House Rules`—we want everyone to have a great time and enjoy themselves. Still, here are some requests to help make your stay more enjoyable and to protect our suite:
Please remove shoes while in the home.
Absolutely no animals—unfortunately, pets are prohibited due to severe allergies.
No smoking, not even on balconies or patios, as per the building`s bylaws.
The building has a quiet time starting at 10 PM. Please respect that.
HOT TUB
Please do not bring glassware into the tub. There are plastic glasses available.
Keep the lid on the tub at all times when not in use to maintain heat otherwise the tub may not be warm enough for bathing.
CHECKOUT:
Checkout time is before 11:00 AM. No need to formally check out.
Dishwasher: Please load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before departure. Your assistance with larger pots is appreciated if used.
Towels: Gather used towels and leave them on the floor in either bathroom.
Recycling: Remove all garbage and recycling from the suite upon departure. Garbage and recycling are located at the top of the Parkade ramp. Only corrugated cardboard and returnable bottles can be recycled in Canmore. Cardboard goes in the green recycling bin, and returnable bottles go in the designated area. Additional cleaning fees will apply for garbage left behind.
If you`re rushed and unable to tidy up, no problem—our cleaning staff can handle it, but an extra cleaning fee will apply per additional hour of effort.
About a week before your arrival, we`ll email you a document with detailed information about checking in, parking, and the suite. Please read through it and contact us with any questions or concerns.

Hot tub was great, location excellent—you can walk to town easily! We also loved the pool and hot tub, especially after hiking or taking a little break. Unit was large—easily slept our family of 5, and our friends—an adult couple.
Had an amazing stay at this condo! The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were all super cozy, and the view of the Three Sisters from the balcony was absolutely stunning—perfect for morning coffee. Would highly recommend.
Large space, perfect for a large group. Large hot tub that we got to use. Lots of towels, place was neat and tidy. Great location. Beds were very comfortable. There's actually an extra sofa bed in the living area. We didn't use this since we already paid for an air bed. The only caveat is that there are only 2 bathrooms, which just needed a bit of planning with our group. Wish the place had more mirrors for people to get ready since there are only two bathrooms. Overall, great stay, I highly recommend and hope to return!
The condo was very nice and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay there, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The owners were very quick to answer a few questions for us before and after we arrived. The views of the mountains from the small patio were a bonus. Our minor concerns: The front door keyless entry was not always cooperative, and the building elevator was a bit noisy and concerning. Hopefully the complicated shower with non-working features is overhauled soon. but we enjoyed the condo’s space and well-equipped kitchen and had a great time exploring Canmore, Banff and beyond.
We had two families travel up for a weekend and it was great. The four young kids loved the building pool and roof hot tub. The adults loved the full size kitchen and space.
My family used this property as a home base to explore Banff National Park. It was a quick drive up to Banff but nice to explore the charming town of Canmore as well. The unit was spacious, very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with essentials. My family especially enjoyed the hot tub and the deck with a nice view of the mountains.
We were very happy with our stay. The condo was very clean and supplies (toilet paper, soap, towels, ect.)were plentiful. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, ect. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of pillows. It had plenty of space for the whole family and it was nicely decorated. The location was good, close to downtown Canmore and right off the highway. We could walk to breakfast, coffee shops, liquor stores and a few restaurants. We really enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. If I were to comment on anything negative, it would be that one bedroom had no window, and it did get warm with the door closed. We had a great time and the condo worked out very well for our family.
Everything was wonderful. All the amenities and appliances are first-rate; kitchen is great; the place has lots of room.... bigger than it appears in the photos. Easy walk to town. And balcony view of mountains was very nice. I definitely recommend for larger groups/families.
The condo is in the grande Rockies resort. It is convenient to the Highway and to town. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. The owners communicated frequently to make sure everything was going well. The parking is a little confusing but once you figure it out it’s fine.
We had a great stay! We loved the condo. The kitchen was well-equipped and the kids loved the hot tub and pool with the water slide. We were about a 15 minute walk to the center of Canmore, but closer than that to other restaurants (highly recommend Tank 301 at the Grizzly Paw). It was an easy drive to Calgary, Lake Louise, Banff, and the Icefields Parkway.I would say that if you have mobility issues this would not be a great fit. The front door opens to a landing and you go upstairs to the master suite or downstairs to the kitchen and other bedrooms. Both tubs have really high edges that would be hard to navigate for some.We had a great experience and our host was available for any issues.
This property will not disappoint! I was extremely impressed with this place and feel the pictures do not do it justice. It’s much more spacious than I expected it to be. My partner and I have a blended family and took our 5 children along. They all loved it, slept comfortably and said the water slide in the building was one of the best they’ve been on. The location was perfect, the check in / checkout process and communication with the management team were all great. Highly recommend. I promise you will not be disappointed.
Very spacious and well appointed 3BR unit. Canmore was an excellent choice for exploring Banff and Lake Louise for our family of five. Kitchen was well equipped and management company was incredibly responsive to an issue with washing machine over a holiday weekend. Upstairs master has sliding door that overlooks kitchen/living room so any noise from there spills into master bedroom. 3rd bedroom has no windows to the outside.
We rented the Penthouse Suite for a 50th Anniversary weekend with my parents. And it was amazing!! The team was excellent at communicating with us all the way through. They gave clear directions on everything. Any question I had while there - they answered me right away. The unit was spotless and was equipment with everything we needed. The decor was beautiful. The concierge was efficient at providing flowers to be in the suite before our arrival with a personal note I had written. But the icing on the cake was the private hot tub!!! It was clean and very spacious. It was on the upper patio, so it was very private and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!!!
