Very bright apartment in Canet de Mar, located on the second floor, with garden, swimming pool and private barbecue, with all the amenities for you and your family to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. A wonderful place to enjoy one of the best beaches in the Maresme region and enjoys blue flag located less than ten minutes walk from the house. The apartment is distributed in a large living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Air conditioning only located in the living room. WIFI included in the price. Parking inside the property for one vehicle. Located 40 minutes drive from the beaches of the Costa Brava and Barcelona city and ten minutes from public transport, train, so it is not necessary the vehicle. The apartment is located in the village of Canet de Mar, a modernist village on the coast of Barcelona, familiar, quiet and very safe, where you will find supermarkets, stores and restaurants with excellent cuisine. The apartment is located in a very quiet street, less than ten minutes walk from the beach and the endless promenade where you can take pleasant walks listening to the waves of the sea, or do sports activities (adapted bike path). Also, you can make several hiking trails through the mountains, starting the route from the village and towards El Montnegre and Corredor. Due to its unbeatable location, it allows you to go sightseeing both in Barcelona capital and in the Costa Brava. You can move comfortably to Barcelona center by public transport, (the train is located less than ten minutes walk from the house and with a high frequency of transit) or if you have a vehicle you can also visit the famous beaches and coves of the Costa Brava, as 30 km away is already in the town of Lloret de Mar. A place that will not leave you indifferent and where you can make a quality and cultural tourism, a place where time will stop! The property has an uncovered parking for 1 car. We are in a residential neighborhood, where by municipal regulations from 10 pm (Friday and Saturday night) and 9 pm the rest of the days, playing loud music and talking loudly is prohibited on this property. We request you to be considerate with the neighborhood and to avoid unnecessary problems and to enjoy a quiet stay. Thanks for your consideration. Parties are not allowed.
