This incredible townhouse is very close to the beach, so you can enjoy all the benefits of staying so close to the sea. The townhouse has, on the ground floor, a bedroom, a bathroom and a garage.
On the first floor, it has a large living room and a separate kitchen with access to the terrace. In addition, the large living room also gives access to the same terrace and to a garden area where you can enjoy the summer evenings with your friends or family.
On the upper floor, there is a fully equipped bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
