"The food (eggs/meat/gravy/biscuits were cold. They had them in something but it was cold. The waffle mix is not labeled so I ended up with strawberry pancakes and I don’t eat strawberries. It wasn’t worth recooking because other guests wanted to make waffles. The drink machine was dirty and the orange juice was out. No one on staff ever checked the food, they krot expressing how they would be glad when 10am came around. There clothes were street clothes that was. Rey dirty looking and like they were up all night. The parking lot was scary at night. There were people at the door who had no access to the building trying to get in. One guy waited for us but we just stayed in the car until he finally left. The trash can by that same back door was always full of trash and spilling over. Not to mention the smell. The pool area was dark and extremely cold. A guest asked the front desk if she could turn the lights on at the pool and she stated she doesn’t do the clothing smell and the other lady went “across the street” so she had to wait. The employee said this was the only hotel that did t require her to help in any way with the pool. Our room the first night was odd. The sheets were dirty and the air conditioning didn’t work. We called front desk and the guy said he could do nothing about the sheets unless we wanted to come down to get them and he said the air works fine just put it on high cool. We sweated in dirty sheets all night. The next day we requested to have our room clea"

"This place has a unique pool where you can swim outside and move to inside the building just by a quick underwater move. Hot tub was great. Food was fresh."

"4 hours to check in. Had to wait in lobby with two young children. We had a reservation for weeks, but they had nothing available. Someone threw up in pool area and possibly in pool. All they did is run a wet mop and call it good. We did not use pool area. Would like a refund from Expedia."

"The shuttle driver was very professional and everything went fast and smooth even through check in. Not many people were staying there because of the new ownership and switch over, but that did not keep the service from being top notch. I had a super quiet room and let me tell you that the workout facility is amazing. They even had a nice spinning bike , which is rare in hotels. And it was actually clean, which, again, gets overlooked in most places. I would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel is for people that have long term plans the towels are enters if you need more then the 2 towels and 2 wash clothes they don’t clean the room daily but the price was ok but I prefer a breakfast and more amenities"

"King room was satisfactory, as was complimentary breakfast. Coffee maker uses their proprietary coffee pouches and is very small and was unable to use my own coffee geounds. A stabilizer bar in bathtub was completely loose and if someone needed it there could be an accident. Conveniently located near airport and retail. Overall satisfied but some tweaks by Baymont would earn another star. Staff was great."
