Asheville quick getaway; this was the FIRST time we have tried VRBO as we usually do timeshare for 3-day weekends. A few specifics to know going in: - by a main highway. Ear plugs were provided. - king bed comfy but needs a mattress protector and non-polyester sheets - no REAL AC as the splitter on the wall didn’t put out cold air. (Second remote to it missing batteries.) - undersized tiny trash can and only one was in the kitchen (we picked up most of our trash - Netflix provided w Roku good - kitchenware sparse burns on pans making cooking difficult Overall good, but not as uniform as a major property for many little things. We didn’t cook, but could have as the kitchen had everything needed. The space was spotless. The only drawback is the location, fully disclosed, close to the interstate. The noise is constant and will be a distraction if you are a light sleeper. There is a grocery store, Walgreens and a very good coffee place just down the road for supplies if needed.
