This living area opens directly onto the large southwest-facing terrace.

House with four bedrooms on the Emerald Coast

Ty Marzotine can accommodate up to 8 people in four bedrooms located upstairs, all equipped with storage. Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160x200) and the other with a double bed (140x190), have access to a shared terrace with a sea view. A third bedroom, ideal for children, offers a bunk bed (2x90x200) with a pull-out trundle bed that can convert into a double bed. The last bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200). These four bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs with a bathtub and a shower. Two separate toilets are available: one on the ground floor, and one upstairs.

The large southwest-facing terrace is a true extension of the house. It is equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for enjoying friendly moments. An outdoor shower (hot water) is installed—perfect for rinsing off after returning from the beach.
