Recently built, Ty Marzotine has been designed to offer you maximum comfort. The heart of the house revolves around a large open and bright living space. The kitchen, sleek and elegant, is fully equipped to let you cook delicious meals. The living room is warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing. This living area opens directly onto the large southwest-facing terrace.

**House with four bedrooms on the Emerald Coast**

Ty Marzotine can accommodate up to 8 people in four bedrooms located upstairs, all equipped with storage. Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160x200) and the other with a double bed (140x190), have access to a shared terrace with a sea view. A third bedroom, ideal for children, offers a bunk bed (2x90x200) with a pull-out trundle bed that can convert into a double bed. The last bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200). These four bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs with a bathtub and a shower. Two separate toilets are available: one on the ground floor, and one upstairs. 

**Vacation rental with garden and large living terrace**

The large southwest-facing terrace is a true extension of the house. It is equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for enjoying friendly moments. An outdoor shower (hot water) is installed—perfect for rinsing off after returning from the beach.
