  • cozy stone-built house renovated in 2013 95m² for 2 to 6 people quiet, comfortable and well equipped, close to sandy beaches and 34 gr .the house is located between the sea port of beach and restaurants and 200m wild beach 400m Saussaye.
    The house comprises ground floor kitchen equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, living room, shower room with washing machine and toilet
    Upstairs 3 bedrooms
    2 bedrooms with double140x190 bed 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 1 bathroom and WC
    A sheltered south facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, private parking, baby equipment on request, holiday chéques accepted.

3 critères de sélection du gîte absolument pas respectés: chiens bienvenus (devaient être tenus en laisse dans la propriété non clôturée) - équipement bébé inexistant à l'exception d'un lit pliable - Connexion Wi-Fi plus que médiocre et non sécurisée.Caution de 400 en liquide (parce que nous sommes Belges) exigée à l'arrivée malgré la clause Abritel qui se réserve le droit de ponctionner les dits 400 sur ma carte bancaire... Aucun état des lieux ni de reçu pour l'argent donné, la confiance est à sens unique.Equipement très minimaliste du gîte en général (par exemple aucun endroit pour poser les vêtements dans la salle de bain). Passable pour 4 personnes mais inimaginable pour 6!

Cancale offre de nombreux services et commerces. Les chemins côtiers nous ont fait découvrir de magnifiques endroits. Le bleu turquoise de la mer est unique. Les fruits de mer sont excellents.Nos hôtes, charmants, nous ont fait profiter d'une location très propre, bien équipée et spacieuse.

Bien mais mérite un peu d'entretien

Nous avons passé 2 semaines au calme. L'accueil a été sympathique mais sans empathie. La location était propre sans plus mais mérite un petit rafraichissement. Lave vaisselle, frigo, reception TV, wifi , papier qui se décolle, la vaisselle est fonctionnelle et les fourchettes et couteaux sont comme dans ce type de location basiques. On trouve rarement des couteaux qui coupent dans ce type de location. Les propriétaires ont accepté nos 2 chiens ce qui n'est pas évident. L'environnement est tout simplement superbe car proche de la plage, de la pointe du Grouin , la plage de Port Mer. Le prix du forfait ménage est un peu excessif mais nous avions le choix de ne pas le prendre. Nous avions des craintes quand au partage du jardin. nous avons eu de la chance. Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais je ne suis pas sur que nous reviendront à cet endroit.

La maison est bien située et plutôt propre mais il faudrait penser à faire des travaux de rénovation. La cuisine est vraiment en mauvais état, le tissu des chaises tombent en lambeaux, les fauteuils du salon sont en mauvais état. Après, ce n'est pas catastrophique non plus .

Très bon hebergement

Pour une semaine de détente dans la région de Cancale, nous avons eu la chance d'un temps ensoleillé. Les huitres de cancale sont toujours aussi bonne. Le gîte était bien situé, très propre, abordable et les propriétaires très cool. Je recommande cet hebergement.

Ferienhaus in Cancale

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Die Vermieter wohnen um die Ecke, sind seht nett und hilfsbereit. Nebenan sind noch weitere Häuser. Eins davon wurde zu unserer Reisezeit gerade ausgebaut, was aber nicht störte. Es ist sauber und recht gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Manche Sachen haben uns gefehlt (Kleinigkeiten z.B. Eierbecher oder auch Salatschüsseln) Die Bäder sind mit Dusche und Duschvorhang ausgestattet. Wlan geht, ist aber nicht das stabilste und deutsches Fernsehen gibt es nicht. Zur Terrasse gehören 2 Kunststoffliegen ohne Auflagen und eine Holzgarnitur ohne Rückenlehne. Negativ war, dass das Grundstück nicht ausreichend eingezäunt war. Die Hecke hatte große Löcher und auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes war nur eine kleine Mauer in Kniehöhe und kein Gartentor. Also für Hundebesitzer mit gut erzogenen Hunde vielleicht kein Problem. Unser Terrier hat die Löcher in der Hecke in sekundenschnelle gefunden, d.h. Urlaub an der Leine. Die Lage ist traumhaft. In ca. 200 m kommt man an einen kleinen Strand mit Restaurant. Auf der anderen Seite kommt man an die Küste und den GR 34 Wanderweg und zum Point Groix. Landschaftlich wunderschön. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Cancale ca. 4 km gut mit Fahrrad oder Auto erreichbar. In St. Malo ist man in 20 Min mit dem Auto. Die Unterkunft können wir empfehlen, allerdings nur ohne Hunde oder mit gut erzogenen.
