It is a perfect base for exploring Cancale and its surroundings! Completely renovated in 2019, this 80 m² house with its charming garden offers all the comfort for a pleasant holiday with family or friends, in tune with the tides! You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Bright and airy, this room offers direct access to the outside and the terrace. La Petite Jeanne features a master suite on the ground floor with a 140x190 bed and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower + sink). Upstairs, there are two other bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190), and the other with two single beds (90x190). The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and sink. The house has two separate toilets, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. On sunny days, you can enjoy a barbecue and garden furniture for outdoor dining. It’s also an ideal play area for children! Benefit from a private parking space for one car, a true luxury in the port of Cancale, especially in the summer. Appreciate the southeast-facing garden, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Finally, quickly access the GR34 hiking trail for picturesque walks along the coast. Note: The house is situated in a large green area where there is another rental property opposite La Petite Jeanne. Each house has its own terrace and private garden area, which are landscaped but not fenced. Private outdoor parking for one car. Upon your arrival, the beds will be made, and you will have one large and one small towel per guest. A security deposit of €400 via bank pre-authorization will be required before your stay.

Un séjour exceptionnel !
Cancale est une ville fabuleuse, le logement est idéalement situé, la place de parking est un vrai atout, cette petite maison est vraiment sympa et Renaud d'Archipel Evasion est vraiment professionnel : il nous a donné quelques tuyaux.
Seul petit bémol : l'équipement dans la cuisine.... peut être refaire un point sur la vaisselle...mais c'est un détail !
