Interhome client service - non-existant i.e.terrible

Handover was in an office. No specific intructions provided for the property. After two nights no hot water. Calls to agency and emergency service were not answered and we had no reaction to the messages we left on the answerphones. Checkout also not customer friendly. Nobody present at office and no letterbox to leave keys and documents. After leaving docs in the rented property and placing the keys in said property´s letterbox we still, to this day, have no feedback from agency that all is well...... A long list of "How not to do its" Too long for a second experience

Maison de ville charmante et pratique

Situation centrale en centre ville tout en préservant la tranquillité. Le jardin est très joli et agréable. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. La cuisine est particulièrement lumineuse. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la voiture et nous nous sommes déplacés à pieds et à vélo pour visiter les environs. Belle expérience à recommander. L’agence locale est également sympathique et efficace.

Nice property in Cancale France

Lovely place in Cancale France. Location is great in this charming city. Local to a wonderful coffee shop, bakery and delightful shops in your own little village. Easy walk to the beach and oyster beds. Fresh oysters right from the shores. You can sit at a wonderful restaurant or beach view step and slurp fresh oysters from the shell and sip wine as you soak up the fresh sea air and sunshine. There are a few incredible French style restaurants in the neighborhood within walking distance from the apartment. There is a private parking garage adjacent to the apartment which is quite nice, clean and convenient. Ask for towels, sheets, liquefied soap dispensers in the bathroom, shower and kitchen. Also kitchen towels! The grounds in the back are lovely! There is a washing machine but no dryer. They need a drying rack for sure! Also, nice and clean but needs a good vacuuming for spider webs. Just an oversight on behalf of the cleaners. It is overall a nice place to stay!

The apartment was a nice space. Comfortable bed, nice shower, washing machine and dishwasher. The garden just outside the back door was lovely. We also had a garage to park our car which was very handy. Great coffee shops, bakery and restaurants. Be sure to ask for some kitchen towels along with any other towels and sheets you may need as they are not included in the rental price.
