Our T3 of 57 m2 renovated (May 2019) is classified 3 stars, it is located on the first floor of a small co-ownership of four units. Very bright, it includes: \- a living room with: a large three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, a TV, a DVD player, a stereo, \- a kitchen open to living room: a large table with 6 chairs, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker nespresso, coffee filter, kettle, toaster. \- a shower room with a large shower \- a separate toilet \- a washing machine \- a bedroom: a double bed and a large sliding closet \- a second bedroom: a trundle bed (which allows to have a bed for two people or an extra bed), a single bed and a large sliding closet. The bedding of our rooms is new. We provide a free high chair, a folding child's bed. Our apartment also has a garage available. Pets not allowed and non smoking apartment. Possibility to rent the bed linen: 10 € per single bed and 15 € for the double bed. Cleaning option: 50 €. The apartment was well appointed and very clean. A very small irritant was you could at times hear the family above us. Also the extra charge for linens and towels, would have rather they charged a little more but understand they often have people stay there from other parts of France who can bring these things with them.We would still highly recommend the unit.
