It is very suitable for families and small groups of friends, wishing to enjoy an exceptional sea view journey (2 windows with sea view) in a cozy and modern apartment. The apartment has 3 separated bedrooms and sleeping space; one bathroom and separated toilets. The kitchen is entirely equipped (fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.) and a washing machine is provided. All the furnitures of the apartment are brand new! PLUS: there is a reserved parking space for our guests! Located at the famous Port de la Houle, you will have easy access by walking distance to a large choice of restaurants and shops in the city center; but you will also enjoy the calm during the stay thanks to the location of the apartment! There is a direct access from the building to the beach (10 meters). Wenn es nicht gerade Ebbe ist, kann man wunderbar baden. Restaurants hat es genug in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet. Eigener Parkplatz was sehr praktisch ist. Schönes Badezimmer und separate Toilette. Das eine Zimmer ist unter dem Dach und ein bisschen gefangen, da wo es das Einzelzimmer ist, da ist das Bett ein bisschen eng.
