Located on Howitt St, at the shoulder between Kingston centre and Kingston Foreshore, you will be close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and the waterfront of Lake Burley Griffin. You will also be a short drive to the City or to the Airport. This apartment is located on the ground floor of a small complex of apartments and comes with a parking garage for one car. This apartment has two bedrooms (on opposite ends of the apartment), each with a Queen Bed. The apartment itself has been recently renovated throughout, providing new and enjoyable living spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave and full sized fridge. There are two split system A/C & heating systems in this apartment, one in each bedroom. It could do with some additional cutlery in the kitchen and some new linen but it was very clean and comfortable. There is no heating in the living areas but the heating in the bedrooms, if left on, will heat these areas. Bathroom is toasty warm with underfloor heating.
