BEDROOM
The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms, all with queen-sized beds, topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Each bedroom also offers plenty of wardrobe space for your clothing and luggage.

BATHROOM
The bathrooms have a shower, and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- cutlery
- electric kettle
- toaster
- coffee machine

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM
The living room has a Kogan 58` smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube, or other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will need to use your own account.

LAUNDRY AREA
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING
The property offers two designated car parks, with ample free 2-hour street parking available nearby.

You will have access to the building’s common areas and amenities. Please note that a fob/remote is required to access the following:

The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.

Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Step outside, and you’re just moments from Canberra Centre, the city’s premier destination for shopping, dining and entertainment. The popular Braddon precinct is also a short walk away, known for its vibrant cafés, restaurants and nightlife. For outdoor relaxation, Glebe Park and Lake Burley Griffin are nearby, offering scenic walking and cycling paths right on your doorstep.

The apartment is also close to the Australian National University, national museums and major government offices, making it an excellent base for both leisure and business travellers who want to stay central without sacrificing access to green spaces and quieter surroundings.

Getting around is simple and convenient from this central location. Multiple bus routes operate along Cooyong Street and nearby Northbourne Avenue, providing direct connections to Canberra City, Woden, Belconnen and Tuggeranong.

The Canberra Light Rail (Gungahlin–City line) is within easy walking distance, offering fast and reliable access to the inner north suburbs, Dickson and Gungahlin. Transport Canberra services are frequent, particularly during peak hours, and are easy to use with a MyWay card or tap-on/tap-off payment.

For guests travelling by car, the apartment offers quick access to major arterial roads, including Northbourne Avenue, Parkes Way and Constitution Avenue. Key destinations such as Parliament House, the Parliamentary Triangle, the Australian War Memorial and Canberra Airport are typically reachable within 10–15 minutes.

Canberra traffic is generally light, parking around major attractions is usually straightforward, and rideshare services such as Uber and taxis are readily available.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products, as these cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

AC Note: Please ensure the AC is set to Cool mode at 23–24°C. Setting the temperature too low (16–18°C) can cause the evaporator coils to become excessively cold, leading to ice buildup. When the ice melts, it may produce excess water that can overflow the drain pan and result in leaking.

Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).

The place was very clean and in a good location close to the city and parks. The view was lovely.The air conditioning was not working in one of the bedrooms and from what we could tell, it had been out of service for some time. There is a lot of glass, so the place gets very hot, and not much breeze can flow through. The TV did not work with streaming services. The sound would load but not the picture. Normal TV is fine.The pool is tiny and 2 buildings away. You need to go down to the street and walk to access it.
