BEDROOM: Enjoy three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed designed for restful sleep. All rooms include large wardrobes, giving you plenty of space to organize your clothing and luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have a shower, and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you\`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: \- fridge/freezer \- stovetop \- microwave \- oven \- cutlery \- electric kettle \- toaster \- coffee machine We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room includes a Blaupunkt 68\` Smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don\`t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am. 2\. I have a STRICT \`No Pets Policy\` except for service or emotional support animals and \`No Smoking Policy\`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning. 3\. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50). 4\. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel. 5\. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you\`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear. 6\. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule. 7\. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don\`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals. 8\.
