This one-bedroom apartment is located on level 8 (above ground) and can host a maximum of 2 guests The self-contained apartment features: \- 1 bedroom with a king bed (combined with 2 single bases). \- 1 living room with a smart TV, sofa, study desk and dining area \- 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower \- 1 fully-equipped kitchen \- 1 balcony with an open view \- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer \- 1 air-conditioning unit to living room only \- WiFi is available \- Free parking is available in the building's basement Check-in time: Monday to Saturday 3pm to 9pm Sunday 3pm to 7pm The following we provide may interest you: • linens and toiletries; (\*Due to safety and environmental issues, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities.
