Einfaches Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt in Canberra

Cons: nein
Location: Am Stadtrand von Canberra. Besuch der wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Parlament, Innenstadt, Museen) ist sehr gut möglich.
Das ibis Styles Canberra ist ein einfaches, sauberes und praktisches Hotel, das sich gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Canberra eignet. Die Lage ist nah der Autobahn und dennoch ruhig. Sowohl mit dem Auto als auch ÖV lassen sich bequem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Australiens Hauptstadt erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

very nice for the budget oriented customer

Pros: the convenient position for what i wanted out of my stay in Canberra
Cons: as i said the outside of the courtyard needs updating and the pool are some of the tiles in the pool missing it gives the appearance of neglect
Location: location good nice and quiet but unfortunately can not say same for guests and the for slamming contrary to the notice in the hallway
I over all enjoyed my stay the staff very friendly and very helpful and willing. I do think some aspects need bit of atention some of the outdoor spots bit grubby looking specially the cigarette buts in the sad looking planters by rooms 201 to 400 + also the corridor by the entrance always littered with debris form the outside a vac would be helpful

Canberra - Ibis Styles

Pros: Great price and included breakfast.
Cons: Run down and a bit noisy, mainly due to the common doors.
Location: A little far from the main city from our liking.
The hotel is more of a motor Inn and would pass as a good motor Inn, however as a Hotel, it just misses the mark. Staff were nice and the service was good, just a little noisy and dated. Nice for those seeking a budget small room, that offers breakfast and a pool.

Uncomfortable bed.

They should update mattress so that guests can atleast sleep.

Pros: Friendly staff...Very neat and easy to access. Excellent breakfast!
Cons: The room had a stuffy smell.... Could be from the toilet drains..May need some plumbing work in our particular room
Great place to stay with family... Convenient... Nice little pool and table tennis facilities...Fantastic breakfast... Above all friendly staff..

Conveniently Edge of Town

Pros: Quick checkin, tidy comfortable rooms, good rate
Cons: Staying in a room off a corridor meant you could hear all goings on and conversations in corridor from less considerate guests.
Location: We were meeting friends at German club/restaurant nearby. Easy walk. NB, restaurant average at best
Was dubious when my booking for three returned details of my room only having a queen bed but was pleasantly surprised that it turned out to also have a single. Didn't have to ask or clarify , it was already done. Pleasant staff at checkin. Ideal overnight stop on our way further south.

Horrible! Never again !

We got to the hotel late so we went to bed stright away and I woke up to blood stained sheets and quilt and it's been there for awhile !!! We left as soon as we saw that I was sleeping on stained blood stained quilt and sheets I felt so sick and im pregnant... We left stright away ibis didn't charge us that night staff were helpful but it was dirty never staying there again !!!!
