Secure, single basement parking with year-round comfort with reverse cycle heating and cooling completes a great package. This one-bedroom apartment is located on level 1 (above ground) and can host a maximum of 2 guests The self-contained apartment features: \- 1 bedroom with a king bed (combined with 2 single bases). \- 1 living room with TV, sofa, and dining area \- 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower \- 1 full-size kitchen (Oven is currently out of service) \- 1 balcony \- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer \- 1 air-conditioning unit in the living room only. \- WiFi is available. \- Free parking is available in the building's basement You need to climb stairs. Check-in time ends by 10 pm every day. \*\*Please note that after 10 p.m., key delivery services will be unavailable, and our online customer support team will not be able to assist with any inquiries. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings. • We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors. • If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day. • In case of a lost key, a $300 fee will be incurred for key replacement. • The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees. • Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. The only thing that could be improved is the check-in process as you have to pick up the keys from a convenientce store and have a code to give them. We were sent the wrong code and had to make a few calls to get the correct code. A lock box at the property would be far simpler. ##### Neil A. Nowhere to park and hard to find which shop had the keys. Apartment had no microwave safe cooking gear and couldn’t be used. Not enough crockery or cutlery to warrant use the dishwasher.Apartment was clean but carpet stained. Location was great for getting about and we were warm and cosy.
