This one-bedroom apartment is located on level 4(above ground) and can host a maximum of 2 guests The self-contained apartment features: \- 1 bedroom with a king bed (combined with 2 single bases). \- 1 living room with a smart TV, sofa, study desk and dining area \- 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower \- 1 fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher is not working) \- 1 balcony with an open view \- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer \- 1 air-conditioning unit in the living room only \- WiFi is available \- No Parking provided. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees. • Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation. • Guests are kindly requested to ensure all personal belongings, such as clothing, jewellery, electronics, and other valuables, are collected prior to check-out. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering any items left behind, due to operational and procedural limitations, we cannot guarantee that all lost items can be recovered. If items are located and returned, guests may be responsible for any related postage or delivery costs.
