- The loungeroom has a large sofa that can convert into a queen bed.

- A travel cot is available for your use during your stay.

- Parties are not allowed, and we will cancel the reservation immediately if this policy is violated.



Outdoor Bliss:

- Most pets are welcome, limit 2. Dogs must be kept on a lead while in common areas.

- Must be house-trained, and all mess must be cleaned up. Additional cleaning charges apply if this is not undertaken.



Important Policies:

- Lost key and remote are expensive to replace. A replacement fee of $200 will be charged if misplaced.

- There is a no party policy and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Non-compliance can result in removal of guests without refund and a $500 fee.

- No smoking or vaping is allowed within the apartments, both indoors and out. Non-compliance will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
