The cottage "La maisonnette" welcomes you to the south of France on the edge of a small Cevennes village, near Anduze in a quiet and not overlooked area, having just obtained a classification as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.<br><br>With a surface area of 50m2 with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 2 to 6 people, completely new and air-conditioned.<br><br>On the ground floor a living room with a 140 sofa bed and dining room opening onto an open kitchen with everything you need (fridge, oven, dishwasher, hob, microwave, Senseo, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and washing machine.)<br>A flat-screen TV is available.<br>Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.<br>(Hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner).<br><br>Upstairs the 2 bedrooms with skylights are composed as follows:<br>1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed<br>1 bedroom with 90x200 and 90x190 drawer bed<br>An office or dressing table area.<br><br>Toddlers are welcome, travel cot with a real mattress, high chair, small bathtub, all on request (free of charge).<br>SAFETY GATE AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS.<br><br>The cottage has an adjoining wooden terrace with a table, a plancha and a barbecue.<br><br>You will have a 70m2 garden with a relaxation area and you can possibly bring the car in if you wish.<br>Garden with independent entrance, electric gate.<br><br>Many activities are available within a radius of less than an hour. You will have the opportunity to walk through the picturesque streets of the surrounding villages and discover their authentic markets, offering a multitude of local products. Between sea and mountains, Anduze, 15mn town popular winter and summer by locals and tourists (steam train, Aqua forest, tree climbing), Bamboo grove 18mn exotic garden classified as one of the most beautiful gardens in France, Vézénobres 20mn is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful villages in France, Mialet 25mn, Saint-Jean-du-Gard 28mn corniche of the Cévennes, Mont Bouquet 40mn an incredible panorama, Lussan 45mn is one of the most beautiful villages in France, Uzès 40mn city of the Bishops with its Duchy, Nîmes 45mn Roman city, Pont du Gard 50mn, Sommières 30 min, the sea grau du roi 58mn and large motte 55mn.<br>We are 5 minutes from the Gardon river which winds through the green landscapes.<br><br>The rates always include bed linen (bed made on your arrival according to the organisation we will have seen together), towels (but not beach linen), and end-of-stay cleaning.<br><br>Baby 0/2 years free of charge.
