Absolutely beautiful historic building in a great location that is close to lots of attractions and points of interest in Canandaigua. Karin is a great host! The facility is top-notch, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the neighborhood is clean, safe and luxurious. The grounds offer hammocks, a gazebo and several flower beds for a relaxing stay and great photo opportunities. The rooms are tidy, and well appointed. The decor is a mix of colonial charm and rustic furnishings, and you can tell a lot of thought and planning went into each piece. Each room in the house had a different, charming name. We stayed in "The Muir". The dining room had delicious cookies and cakes available all day, and we enjoyed a healthy home-cooked breakfast before leaving. I cannot rave more about what a great stay we had at this B&B. This breakfast was inventive and healthy served with a smile. Karin was a lovely host and you can tell she likes people and sharing her home. The house was historic and well cared for.
