The young gentleman that worked the front desk at check in 4pmish was friendly. Some of the other staff, not so much!! The entire property was VERY CLEAN and that matters a lot when traveling! Breakfast was mediocre but well run, and again clean. The pool was nice and the hammocks and dock area were a great plus. That being said anytime you requested something such as towels, a blanket, etc. It TOOK FOREVER to be delivered. We request a lid for our ice bucket three times the first day, four times the second day, and twice the third day. WE NEVER GOT ONE!!! Each time we told them how many times we had requested one, but they could have cared less. The ice machine was ALWAYS empty!!! There should have been a machine on every floor. They had signage hanging on the machine that said it takes an hour for ice machine to refill, please be kind to all guests and only take what you need. How about you provide the customer service that provides enough ice for the number of rooms you have on property. The entrance way was tacky and not very clean. There was no body lotion and body wash in our room. Shampoo and conditioner are great but the other two are used more than those products. I'm sure this was a majestic property in its day, but it desperately needs an upgrade in appearance. We attempted to call Expedia the first evening to switch properties when we didn't get a blanket and no ice but after being on the phone on hold for 45 minutes, we gave up and endured.

Me and my fiancé got a cottage just for me and him and it was beautiful! It made us feel like we were at home with all the amenities we also cooked a home made meal they had all the pans, plates, etc.. we did have to rewash current stuff there was still food on them from who knows when. Also one of the pillow sheets were really dirty we just removed it. Other than that everything was amazing also we loved the H2O water park! We mostly differently will be back !

The hotel was beautiful and staff were courteous. I’d booked this hotel because I wanted to enjoy the rooftop terrace, but upon arrival was told that I couldn’t because I wasn’t a club member. I was put on the highest floor and within two days both elevators were out of service so all guests had to use the service elevator in that part of the building. I had also booked for the breakfast, but it was over by 9:30 so I never made it. Also, on separate occasions, the power went out in my room thus rotting the food that I had in the refrigerator. Finally, the TVs were not set up appropriately, I only had a few live channels, and the guide had no information and no premium channels.

There was nothing wrong with the staff, they were polite & helpful, the location was perfect for us as we went to Disney four days out of our trip. I was disappointed in the fact that one night we came back from Disney and outside our room smelled like weed as well as a heavy police presence near our building. The police were looking for someone and I had my son with me. That wasn’t fun explaining to him. Also, my room had an issue with the ac however maintenance came within about 15 mins and fixed it. Like I said, the staff were professional and polite. And also, I found two bugs in my room. I’m not sure what kind but I don’t like bugs. I used to stay here all the time as a child but I don’t think we will be back.
