Öncelikle otel işletmecisi Buket hanım çok anlayışlı ve yardımcı oldu.otele girer girmez adada yapılacaklarla ilgili bilgilendirdi isteklerimiz doğrultusunda bizi yönlendirdi nerede ne yenir tarzında sorduğumuz her konuda yardımcı oldu ve yönlendirdiği mekanların tamamı çok kaliteli idi. Oda hergün temizleniyor ve toplanıyor yukarıda bulunan terasta istediğimiz saatte yararlanabiliyoruz . Otelin konumı şehir merkezine çok yakın sadece kahvaltı yok ama onunla ilgilide Buket hanım yardımcı oluyor bir daha adaya geldiğimizde konaklayacağımız ilk yer burası olacak

Memnuniyetsizlik

Temizlik ve konfor açısından çok iyiydi memnun kaldık. Ancak fotoğraflarda kahvaltı görünmesine rağmen hotels.com üzerinden aldığımız için kahvaltının dahil olmadığını öğrendik. Bu durum hem tüketiciyi yanıltmaya giriyor hem de bir sonraki seyahatimde bu site üzerinden almamayı düşündürdü beni. Böyle bir durum yaşanıyorsa bir sonraki seyahatimde direkt otel üzerinden rezervasyonumu yapıyor olurum.
