Amazing family friendly, with perfect food.

Amazing place to stay with our family. Kids loved the pool.Complements to the chef, the meals were amazing. And being off season still felt like we were given perfect serivce. Would highly recommend to family and couples alike.

A fun family holiday

Overall trip was excellent but there are a few things that could improve; the tiles by the kids pool is very slippery and they shouldn’t alllow glass in the pool area. Other than that it was super! Very fun for kids.

Hotel grounds were quite suitable for children, especially for toddlers. Staff was welcoming and respectful. Our room and facilities were clean around the hotel. Unfortunately wifi wasn’t working around our place and was out during our stay. It did not affect us, but could have used it to our benefit. Another downside was the flies, even though allegedly precautions were taken. I wouldn’t expect the management to catch or get rid of all the flies, but they could have managed them by at least utilizing appropriate covers for breakfast buffet.

Great hotel, shame about the wait staff

The hotel is physically excellent, spacious rooms, landscaped grounds, huge pool, kids stuff etc. The breakfast buffet is excellent - but the staff?! Just dreadful, never a greeting when one enters for breakfast, just, if you're lucky, a nod of the head from the waiter. Are they trained like this, not to be nice to the guests? The two main things one really remembers from a hotel are the food and the staff - top marks for the (breakfast) food, lowest possible marks for the staff. We avoided the restaurant for every other meal, fortunately there are several outlets within easy walking distance. The exceptions were Emir, the bag-carrying chap, and the lovely, smiley room attendants - top marks for them!

Odada bol miktarda sinek ölüsü ve karınca bulunmaktaydı. Israrla resepsiyona ve temizlik görevlilerine söylememize rağmen dördüncü güne kadar sinek ölüleri temizlenmedi. Temizlik personelinin oda temizliğinden anladığı sadece tuvalet kağıdı koymak. İlgi çekici olan son gün var olan tuvalet kağıdının da alınmış olması idi. Kesinlikle ödenen otel ücretinin karşılığını alamayacağınız bir otel.

Deniz, ön havuz ve arka havuz farklı alanlarla yüzme imkanı sağladı. Odamız temiz, havlular yeterliydi. Balkonlu Grand odada 5 kişi kaldık. Odalar arasında kapı vardı. Dolap ve askılar yeterliydi. Günlük su bıraktılar. Sabah kahvaltısı ezine peynir gibi, petek pal gibi çeşitlilik vardı. Biz memnun olarak ayrıldık. Plaja giderken plaj havlusu sağlıyorlar. Biz Eylül ortası geldik. Sezon kalabalığı yoktu konforlu geçti. Sadece odamızda çöp kutusu kapağı kırıktı ve lambalardan bazıları yanmıyordu. Bunlarda bakım yapıldığında düzeltilir. Bir daha gelmek isteriz.

Geldiğimiz tarih itibari ile sakin bir hafta sonu geçirdik.Genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık, karşılama , temizlik , kahvaltı ve çalışan arkadaşlar özellikle Kadir bey hızlı ve çözüm odaklı, kibar tavırları ile gönlümüzü kazandı kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz. 2gün konaklamamızda sürekli elektrik arızası vardı. Makineler çalışmadığından temiz havlu tedarik edilemedi. Jeneratör olduğunu söylediler ama o da arızalıymış. Odaların birinde klima bozuk su akıtıyordu kullanmayarak çözüm bulabildik.Ayrıca klimanın bozuk olduğu ve tamir edilemediği de söylendiği halde oda değişikliği teklif edilmedi. Bir de odanın duvarlarında ölü sinekler temizlense daha iyi olabilirdi

Otel tam çocuklular için tasarlanmış. Çocuksuz çiftlere biraz gürültülü gelebilir. Aquaparkı çok eğlenceli ve çocukla zaman geçirmek için harika. Çocuk ve yetişkin havuzu da çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltıdan genel olarak memnun kaldık her şey vardı neredeyse. Akşam yemeğini Behramkale de yedik ama snack bar seçenek fiyat performans olarak baya iyiydi. Yorumumu haziran ortasında yapıyorum// fiyat güncellemeleri yapılmamış olabilir. Okullar tatil olunca aşırı kalabalıktır muhtemelen ama biz tam öncesinde olduğumuz için sakin bir tatil geçirdik. Odalar gayet temizdi. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldular, çok kibar pırıl pırıl& Güler yüzlü insanlar. Girişteki hanımefendi özellikle bir teşekkürünü hak ediyor. Kocaman güzel gülümsemesi hiç yüzünden eksil olmadı, her konuda bize destek oldu. genel olarak beğendik

genel olarak sakin temiz güzel bir mekan. personel güler yüzlü ilgiliydi. Housekeeping departmanı hızlı hizmet veriyor ama odamızda tavandaki sinek ölüleri temizlenmiş olsa daha iyi olurdu. bavul koyduğumuz komodinlerde örümcekler vardı daha detaylı temizlik yapılması gerek yoksa genel görünümde temiz. kahvaltı büfesi gayet yeterli ve çeşitliydi fakat akşam yemeği için sadece menülerin olması biraz zorlama olmuş çocuğum çok yemek ayırdığı için sadece onun yiyeceği yemekleri sipariş etmek istedim ama tüm menüyü almak zorun olduğumu belirttiler o sebeple sadece patates kızartması alabildim. sezon açılınca belki sistemleri başkadır tabi o sebeple yaz aylarında bir daha tercih etmek isterim havuzları güzel duruyordu denizi de çok temiz görünüyordu kendi plajı olması da güzel yeşillik içinde çok hoş bı tesis her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Yetersiz temizlik

Genel olarak rahat bir otel ,denize yakin kendi plaji var. Daha onceki konaklamalarimiz nedeniyle tercih etmistik , fakat bu sene temizlik gecen seneye gore yetersizdi, eskimis havlular halen kullanimdaydi, mutfak kisminda gordugum kurulama bezleri hic hijyenik degildi.

Otele yıllardır geliyoruz çok güzel bir otel ancak bu yıl kahvaltı kalitesi düşmüş gördüm Ayrıca akşam yediğimiz tavuk şinitzel körili tavuk teriyaki soslu tavuk çok kötüydü Tavuklar önceden haşlanmış gibi resmen kayış gibi kopmuyordu o kadar paraya böyle kötü yemek insanın canını sıkıyor
