"The staff was very friendly and checking in process was easy and felt welcomed, but the room was a quite old. The bed was really old and making a terrible sound. The building being old is okay, but they should invest some money in their furnitures and maybe do some renovations."

"I really love this hotel. It's really well designed. Hidden covered parking makes for a beautiful setting and no snow removal in the morning. The lobby is comfortable, warm and spacious. The complimentary tea and coffee is really good, and they also offer in room recycling and compost. The rooms are designed really well and allow for a morning (non gross) stretch on the floor. The lighting is also well considered. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Each room has a balcony that feels private. And the salt pools are the perfect unwind from a long day outside without coming out smelling like chlorine. Our only gripe was we wish that the queen doubles had a bedside table for every sleeper instead of just one in the center. If you want to be on the quieter side of downtown but still walkable to dinner, this is an excellent choice."
