Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Förutom att rummet var otroligt spartanskt (en smal hård och säng och en plaststol), så fanns det heller inte några som helst ställen förutom den skrangliga plaststolen att ställa dina saker på förutom golvet. Men det absolut värsta var ljudnivån, framförallt från frun i huset som gormade och skrek framförallt på morgonen. Man hörde hennes skrikande konstant. Jag fick gå ut i korridoren och be henne vara tyst efter att ha legat sömnlös hela morgonen. Det var en mardröm. Personalen bör visa hänsyn till gästerna och inte skrika hela tiden på sin stackars familj.
