We enjoyed hiking the Red River Gorge area. Its location was very close to all the trails. The cabin was cleaned and had all the cookware and spices needed to make dinner. Also, we made s’mores (brought the firewood). There was a staircase to the loft. It was steep with about 15-20 steps. Extra caution was necessary going down. One of us had a mishap but luckily only suffered a bruise. The plug-in air fresheners really bothered a couple of us with allergies. We should have contacted the owner about this. That was on us. It was a new clean and very nice place with everything we needed. However, I am not sure I would stay here again due to the steps to the loft. ##### Victoria T.
