The view over the valley was lovely and while the weather did not permit using the fire pit in the back yard, it would have been fun! The home was easy to find and there is tons of parking. It was about 15-20 min drive to the mountain. The house itself was very nice and clean. We did run into a snag where the hot tub kept tripping and power would turn off which was a bummer since that's the primary reason we rented the house. But, texting w/Vacasa who in turn contacted the property manager was very smooth and easy. The cleaning crew did not leave until 4:01pm so they're not kidding about those check-in times. Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful properly. The house is very comfortable, beautifully decorated, kitchen is fully equipped, and fun board games. The location is perfect and close to skiing (Waterville Valley and Loon), hiking, and kids activities such as Santa’s Village and StoryLand. It was so nice to have the garage to store our motorcycles in and the hot tub was great at the end of a day of riding. Would have been nice to have an outdoor grill, but we made due. The house was great. Plenty of room. The hot tub was working and was great! The property has a large yard and a great sledding hill for the kids. They even have have sleds available to use (our kids broke one but we replaced it). The house is centrally located to Plymouth, Woodstock, and the lakes. I simply can’t express just how perfect this home was for our multi-family stay. It is even more beautiful and spacious then the listing shows! It has every amenity you need (especially if you will be doing your cooking), beds were comfy as can be, location was great, views were stunning, and we even got to see some incredible wild life. The kids had so many spaces to explore and things to do. There is no AC, but a great cross breeze if you open all the windows, and they provide fans in the bedrooms.
