Noisy fan in bathroom that you can’t turn off. Lumpy and uncomfortable pillows. Curtains that are shorter than the window they are meant to cover. Uncomfortable and disappointing.

The room was actually bigger than advertised, really kids friendly. We booked a standard queen room and it came with a big sofa. We were able to stretch ourselves across the queen bed and sofa.
Best location we stayed so far. It’s at one end of Haymarket and corner of world tower. If you come to city for convenient location and good food, it’s really the best option I found so far.
