Small room, bed not comfortable. No sense of a hotel experience.

Nice and helpful front desk staff. Our room floor was a bit dirty but the bed and shower were clean. Great location and convenient transportation options nearby. Would stay again,

I liked the staff who were very helpful

This was our second stay here. We enjoy the location of the hotel! Our first stay was incredible & the staff was very accommodating. This last stay was still enjoyable, however there are a few things that could have been a little better. Our next door neighbor was smoking weed & it made our room for the first two days smell like it. The conditioner on the bathroom wall fell off on this first day- simple maintenance fix. The cleaning staff also took all our towels and accidentally forgot to add new ones. The front desk was great about getting some to our room. Overall the stay was still great & we will be coming back here in the future!

Honestly I loved the bathroom! Spacious as well. I didn’t like that on top of what you pay, you have to put a deposit but it is what it is, extremely close to time square and eating spots. Would come again, 4/5!
