Free WiFi Charming finca of natural stone, with private pool, in Campos, at 2km from the beach Es Trenc. It has capacity for 8 or 9 persons. The private chlorine pool blends perfectly into the rustic and authentic exterior. It is elevated and has a depth of 1.6 metres and a size of 6.50 x 4 metres. After a refreshing swim, you can shower in the outdoor shower and wash the chlorine off your skin. Several terraces invite you to barbecue or enjoy the Mallorcan sun on four sun loungers. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbours, so you can enjoy maximum privacy. The interior design combines an authentic, rural atmosphere with modern materials and finishes. The living- and dining room shows wooden beams and natural stone walls, while it counts with air conditioning and television, as well as a fire place for the colder days, to enjoy a good book or a relaxing nap on the sofa. The kitchen is typical Mallorcan construction, but performed in modern material. It counts with a gas stove top, an electric oven, a dishwasher and all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal for your family. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor, we find three comfortable bedrooms with a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub, and one has access to the garden, and enough space to put up an extra (folding) bed. There is an extra bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed, A/C and a wardrobe. Keep in mind that this bedroom does not have a door. The house is situated nearby the most famous beach of Mallorca: Es Trenc, considered a protected area, with fine, white sand, crystalline water and untouched dunes. In the village Campos, you will find all kinds of services you might need during your stay, like supermarkets, restaurants and shops. You will surely enjoy visiting Colonia Sant Jordi, where you can rent bikes, walk along the coast or take a boat trip to the Natural Park of the island of Cabrera. The pool has no lights. Eine sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Finca die für alle Altersgruppen etwas zu bieten hat. Toller Poolbereich, der zum verweilen einlädt. Viele Pflanzen: Es ist grün und schattig ums Haus. Mehrere gemütliche Sitzgruppen sind vorhanden. Die Bäder sind modern und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betreuung vor Ort war exzellent: Bei kleineren Problemen (z.B. ging einmal der Sonnenschirm im Wind kaputt) wurde sofort reagiert. Der Strand Es-Trenc ist fussläufig erreichbar. Colonia Sant Jordi liegt 5 Autominuten entfernt und bietet Restaurants, Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc. Fazit: Die Finca ist für uns der perfekte Ort um mit zwei Familien einen erholsamen Sommerurlaub zu verbringen. ##### Sebastian B. The house is wonderful, located in a very relaxing and scenic surrounding. The house is really charming, beautifully restored, full of lovely details and perfectly equipped. We enjoyed both the outdoor spaces (the pool and the BBQ) and the interior as well. Reading a book on the sofa staring at the window overlooking the salines was priceless! The location is strategic for visiting the Southern part of the island.
