It measures 9 x 5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1 to 1.8 meters. Around you can sunbathe on the sunbeds and enjoy a delicious barbecue. The pool area is closed to protect the little ones. You can also sit on the porch of the house to have lunch or dinner alfresco. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. The 2-storey house preserves the Mallorcan character of yesteryear and at the same time has all the modern comforts. Upon entering we find the large room with sat TV. Its location is ideal if you want to visit the beautiful beaches of Es Trenc, Cala Santanyí or Cala Llombards. It is also close to the beautiful Mondragó Natural Park.
