In the private chlorine pool, measuring 9 m x 3.5 m, you can enjoy a pleasant swim whenever you like. The pool is 1.65 m deep. After a long day at the beach, you can take a refreshing dip in the pool or an outdoor shower and relax on the lovely porch. Two sun loungers invite you to bask in the sun, and a mobile barbecue is perfect for cooking outdoors. Outside, you will find 100 m² of lawn, ideal for children to play and run around. At the front, a furnished 50 m² terrace is perfect for spending the afternoon in the fresh air. At the back, there is another smaller terrace with direct access to the kitchen, equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy your meals comfortably. This modern house is fenced and has direct neighbors. The interior is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room equipped with satellite TV and the ceramic hob kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are also on this floor, sharing an en-suite bathroom with shower but with total privacy, since both bedrooms close independently. The first floor is entirely dedicated to the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Upstairs, you can find two divans in a space that can be used as a second living room, also with a TV and a small balcony. At the front, you will find the double bed and the en-suite bathroom with access to a balcony overlooking the Sa Ràpita Yacht Club and the sea. On the side of the house, there is a wooden terrace, ideal for enjoying a beautiful evening with friends, preparing a cocktail, or whatever you prefer. The accommodation is equipped with ducted air conditioning. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair. Sa Ràpita is located in a coastal enclave of singular beauty. In its bay, you will find three of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca: Es Trenc, Ses Covetes Beach, and Sa Ràpita Beach. They belong to the municipality of Campos and are located 37 km from Palma Airport. It has a marina with modern facilities and, from its bar and restaurant by the beach, you can enjoy wonderful views of the coastline. You will also find a wide range of services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, nautical companies, marina, etc. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Über Fewo-direkt gebucht, wird man zu einem spanischen Buchungsportal geleitet, welches auch für die Zahlungen und weitere Kommunikation wie z.B. auch Beschwerden zuständig ist. Die Immobilie ist seit Erbauung nicht mehr renoviert worden, geschweige denn dass kaputte Dinge repariert worden. Sie befindet sich in einem Neubaugebiet mit minimalem Blick aufs Meer, direkten Nachbarn und Baustellen rundherum. Wir waren im Juni 2021 vor Ort und durften uns eine Woche lang am baulärm des Nachbargrundstücks erfreuen sowie am partylärm des anderen Nachbargrundstücks bis 3 Uhr nachts. Parken vor Ort ist kostenpflichtig, nicht wie angegeben umsonst. Wir haben uns am 2\. Tag direkt bei der Agentur beschwert über die Zustände des Hauses, den Dreck sowie den baulärm. Das Ergebnis war eine Email in der uns mitgeteilt wurde, dass dies laut Vermieter nicht stimmen würde. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Entschädigung. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde dann als Konsequenz unser Pool auch nicht mehr wie besprochen gereinigt. Auf eine weitere Mail wurde seitens Homerti ( das Portal an das man weitergeleitet wird) nicht mehr reagiert. Bei Abreise kam der Vermieter schon garnicht mehr selber sondern schickte eine Frau vorbei, welche gezielt auf eine defekte Türe zulief, diese bemängelte und unsere Kaution einbehalten wollte. Wir hatten am anreisetag alle Schäden auf Fotos und Videos festgehalten. Unter Androhung der Polizei erhielten wir unsere Kaution zurück. Wir können nur jedem davon abraten diese Immobilie anzumieten!!! Leider haben wir uns auch von den Fotos und den paar guten Rezensionen blenden lassen. Man erhält keinerlei Unterstützung von der Agentur und der Vermieter ist nur darauf aus schnelles Geld zu machen. Unser nächster Weg geht jetzt zum Anwalt um uns eine Entschädigung zu erklagen. ##### Maike G. Wer angrenzende Baustellen mit gaffenden Bauarbeitern, riesige Baukräne, Betonmischer, Bohrmaschinen, Presslufthämmer und Planierraupen mag, wird diese Location lieben. Und das alles Montag bis Samstag von 7.30 bis 17.30 Uhr ohne Aufpreis. Der freundliche Eigentümer versichert ihnen auch, dass alle Baustellen ordnungsgemäß angemeldet sind und man daher nichts machen kann. Von der Agentur (Homerti - "Von nun an sind wir für Sie da und geben unser Bestes") kam außer "wann sind sie nicht im Haus.."; "wann reisen sie ab.." nichts, ein kompletter Ausfall. Uns wurde weder eine andere Unterkunt noch ein Nachlass angeboten. Für den verlangten und bezahlten Preis ist das unter diesen Umständen der blanke Hohn und wenn ich mir die Umgebung ansehe, kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, dass sich die Situation in absehbarer Zeit ändern wird. Gäbe es eine Minusbewertung würde ich die hier vergeben. Es gibt aber auch Positives zu berichten: Das Haus ist wirklich schön, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein, zwei Palmen oder Zitronenbäume im Garten würden dem Ganzen noch etwas mehr Charme verleihen. Die Lage ideal 500 Meter bis zum Strand. Die Ausstattung liebevoll bis ins Detail. Schöne Bettwäsche genügend Handtücher. Aber.... Baulärm. Am Nachbar Grundstück wurde eine Neubau Villa errichtet.Weitere Bautätigkeiten am übernächsten Grundstück, sowie schräg gegenüber. Die Bauarbeiten begannen um 7.50 Uhr und endeten um 18.10 Uhr. Täglich außer sonntags. Ein Frühstück im Freien war uns leider nur an einem Tag unseres 10- tägigen Aufenthalts vergönnt. Kreissäge, hämmern, Flex Arbeiten, lautes Radio etc. Die Agentur hat uns einen Umzug angeboten. Jedoch waren die Objekte nicht vergleichbar mit dem gebuchten Haus. Des weiteren hat uns der immense Zeitaufwand eines Umzugs abgeschreckt. Der Eigentümer hat uns dann eine Entschädigung von 20 % angeboten. Lobenswert ist die Agentur die sich immer um uns gekümmert hat. Fazit der Baulärm hätte im Vorfeld bekannt gegeben werden müssen. Wir hätten nicht gebucht, da uns Erholung sehr wichtig ist. ##### Beate K. ---
