"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Marilena. Die Lage ist phantastisch. Ausreichend Schlafzimmer vorhanden - genügend Platz und ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten insbesondere auf den Terrassen. Der schöne Strand von Fetovia ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu errreichen. Wir hatten das Haus neben der Lage extra wegen der Klimananlage gebucht. Allerdings mussten wir feststellen, dass es für die 4 Schlafräume nur ein einziges Klimagerät mit Abluftschlauch gab, welches im Flur...

"Positiv: Das Reihenhaus und der Garten sowie die Lage waren sehr schön. Negativ: Die Wohnung roch schon beim Betreten sehr abgestanden. Sie war dreckig, überall Spinnweben und Spinnen. Die Fernbedienungen zu den beiden Klimaanlagen haben gefehlt, sodass man auf einem Stuhl am Gerät die Klimaanlagen einschalten musste. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr mangelhaft, z.B. kein Salatbesteck und keine Weingläser sowie keine Rüstmesser (bis auf 1), sonstiges Geschirr sehr billig. Keine Putzmittel...

"Les photos de la maison sont trompeuses! Elle est belle de l’extérieur et très bien située en bord de mer mais elle est vraiment sale et mal équipée. Nous n’avons pas osé nous assoir sur le canapé tellement les housses étaient tachées, la douche de l’étage était vraiment dégoûtante et plusieurs éléments étaient cassés notamment les moustiquaires. Il manquait des verres et des tasses (on nous en a apporté) et aucun transat à disposition. Un salon de jardin en rotin bon à jeter. Et nous pensions...

"Prezzo eccessivo rispetto alla casa. Pulizia e igenizzazione nulle. Sul pavimento all’arrivo c’erano i peli del cane del precedente soggiornante. Spesi 3000 euro per 12 notti.. un po’ eccessivo per quello che poi era l’abitazione"

"Pros: Great beach; restaurant in the hotel; near the beach; great ocean view; free parking; free towels for guests to use at the beach (ask at the reception). Cons: Lots of stairs to get e to the beach; and only one restaurant option to dine in (the hotel one). But you can drive only 5 minutes to get to another town with lots of good restaurants and shopping options. Would definitely stay again here as the beach felt more private and less touristic than in other towns of the island. The restaurant service is amazing, has nice ocean view, and the food is good, but it’s a little pricy when compared to other restaurants in the island. "
