It is located 5 minutes from the Villa de Maderuelo, the Linares reservoir and the Natural Park of the Hoces del Río Riaza. Very close also to Sepúlveda and the Natural Park of the Hoces del Río Duratón. It is newly built, and has a powerful mix of rustic-traditional and modern style creating a truly special, cozy and quiet home. It has a large garden with natural grass and barbecue to enjoy the tranquility of the rural world. It is distributed in one floor, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room and kitchen.
