5/5 Excellent
"The restaurant on site is overpriced and not particularly goos for dinner"

"The staff was very helpful in offering dining recommendations as well as the route to take to leave as a portion of the water ferry service was shutdown due to the Pope’s visit. "
"The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s about 5 minutes from the train station and a few minutes from attractions.
My room was very comfortable and was spotlessly clean.
I would have preferred lighter bed linen, than a quilt, but that is a personal presence. I also would have appreciated a complementary bottle of water given the cost of the hotel.
I was disappointed that the bar was not opened as it was advertised as having one. Maybe it is open during the Summer. As a solo traveller, I like the option of having a quite drink at nighttime at a hotel.
However, this is a beautiful hotel, I enjoyed my stay and I will consider staying here again when I next visit Parma. "

"Our stay at Hotel Torino was really nice. The valet car service was worth the money and the hotel itself was perfect for our stay. It is in a great location to explore Parma. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great experience for the money"
