(1,001 reviews) Mostly good for a first visit! The suite was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great for the proximity to the city and the airport. (About a 25 minute drive to Pearson). The room decor, although not shabby - is straight out of the 1980s. I had specifically asked for a suite with a washer and I got it - complete with an “Out of Order” sign. My first attempt to check in a few hours early was met with a sharp rule reading of check in times and failure to request an early check in. The kitchen could be quickly improved with a few things like more glasses, adding wine glasses, oven mitts, and a few other common things. We were challenged with there being only one set of keys, and a major plumbing issue that had scalding hot water come out of both hot and cold sides of every tap at every sink, both showers, in the washing machine and even in both toilets.
