The romantic country house with a total area of 7000 square metres is situated in complete privacy between Pollensa and Sa Pobla, on the old road from Pollensa to Campanet. Here you can experience absolute tranquillity. Pollensa is about 6 km away and there are supermarkets, restaurants and more shopping opportunities a little closer in Sa Pobla or Campanet.

The beach at Puerto de Alcudia or Puerto de Pollensa is about 8 km away, where kilometres of white sandy beaches await you.



The country house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower. In the combined lounge-dining area you will find the fully equipped kitchen and the large dining table. There are also comfortable sofas to relax on in the evenings. There is a television with DVD/CD player, and an Internet connection has also been installed. The house's electricity is supplied by solar panels mounted on the roof.

In front of the property there is a partially covered terrace with several comfortable seating areas. From here you have a great view of the large swimming pool with high-quality sun loungers and the mountains in the background. In the well-maintained garden you will find many Mediterranean plants and trees. For social evenings there is an outdoor barbecue.
