Me encanto este lugar, sin duda la diferencia donde vayas lo hacen las personas y en este hotel se preocupan por hacer lo mejor posible, hay detalles que nunca habia visto en otros hoteles, como una bolsita en la recepcion para que te lleves tu desayuno si no tienes tiempo...una sonrisa y excepciones en el front desk si tienes algun problema. Viaje con mi familia y no nos falto nada. Volveria en cualquier otra oportunidad. Estoy muy agradecida

It’s okay. It’s not great. It was very clean and smelled fresh throughout, so the housekeeping staff does a good job, but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was extremely loud. Front desk staff literally ignored us for a solid five minutes while we stood barely three feet away. Not even so much as a “hi there, give me just a minute to finish this” - it was like we were invisible.
