"When checking in we were told the pool was closed. I specifically booked the hotel because of the pool. Then she caught us as we were leaving to say yes it’s open. Then there was a porter potty next to the pool and it smelled like urine. It was terrible"

"Don’t stay here . There were diary linen , bugs in bed , blankets with burn holes . Room smelled awful and outlets not working, mold, broken windows, no iron or board . No coffee maker in room.
