The 2,000-acre private preserve also encompasses 3 miles of the Madison River, providing ample private fishing access, including 3 private ponds available for fishing to ranch guests. Sun West Ranch accesses expansive hiking trails, including the Levi Trail.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS: The master bedroom suite on the main level, has a California king-size bed, a full bath with a tub and shower, an office with wifi, and private access to the East deck. The second bedroom suite located on the second floor, has a California King bed, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom three on the second floor has a Queen-sized bed and shares a bathroom with the bunkbed room down the hall. The house has an expansive wrap-around deck facing east, south, and west with outdoor seating to accommodate your group.
The fully outfitted kitchen has tiled countertops, a side-by-side refrigerator, a double oven, and a large island, with a downdraft cooktop.
The dining room is quite elegant, framed by full glass windows overlooking the property. French doors provide access from the kitchen and dining room to the wrap-around deck, a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset with friends and family. The built-in barbecue is close at hand, allowing the chef of the family access to the kitchen while still engaging with friends.
