"Beautiful lake home with plenty of water activities to enjoy.. kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and water toys. Very spacious. Large covered outdoor deck was great with some rainy days. Check in was easy. The hosts were very quick to reply with questions. Lots of parking space. Wonderful place!"

"My family enjoyed our stay here. My notes and thoughts:* The lake- super quiet and very relaxing. Swimming was great and in July the water was quite pleasant. There is no beach but there is easy entry into the water. There is a paddleboat and a couple of kayaks which worked fine.* The house- plenty of space with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3 beds downstairs. 3 bathrooms as well. It was clean and well maintained. Lots of board games and dvds for all ages. Plenty of dishes, cooking stuff, and stuff you'd expect that would be available. * the host- very responsive to communication through the rental site. No problems at all. One thing to know is that there is not a lot to do around this area. If the weather is bad and you can't hang out in the lake there is potential for the kids to get bored. But if you're looking to relax and take it easy this place is great. Really depends on your family. We didn't do a ton of exploring but this was based on research we did before vacation.Most of the dining that you can drive to is either fast food or at the typical Wisconsin bar. There is a great bowling alley not too far away that is in a bar/lounge that was super fun. In short, the place is as advertised and is very nice to stay at."

"We had a great week, the house is right on the lake, we could swim off the dock and were able to get our kayaks in the water several times.The home is plenty big and everything worked great. Kelsey was awesome, responsive and professional. Only a couple of miles from downtown Balsam Lake and 20 minutes from downtown Amery, which was very nice.We will look to stay here again in the future."

"We definitely found a hidden gem with this one. it was a last minutw booking over thebbusy 4th of July weekend and we stumbled across this location. I think we got really lucky to find such a great place with little notice. the view and location on the river was fantastic through the big windows or the cute play house and play set in the back. Plenty of room for our dogs to play there too.inside there was ample room for 4 adults, we even had guests come for dinner! we felt so comfortable and at home.everything was clean and welcoming, with darling cabin feel decor. we docked our boat on the river right outside the propery and also were a short trip to North Twin Lake, less than a few minutes drive. Bonus--- we boated down the river and saw the mist amazing firework show from our boat. I will be sharing this VRBO property link with my friends.so grab it quick if you are interested. i expect it will fill up fast. ;)We had an awesome time here! Definitely will rent again"
