Stayed here 5 nights in a king suite. Very spacious, bed was comfortable. Rooms had a little musty smell to them, but not aweful. A little on the dated side. Our bed was made every day with fresh towels. Beautiful grounds well kept up. Pool area was busy over the weekend especially so was very hard to find chairs the later you went. Pool area was nice with the bar right there and great food as well. Breakfast in the mornings was good. The lounge at night was closed kind of early. Workers were all friendly. Front desk was great as we had to stay an extra night due to storms back home for flying. Gave us a great rate. Our toilet was broke the first night, but they did come after a call to fix it and no more issues.

The staff was very helpful. AD was working the valet and he evn helped bring our bags to the room as the bell cart was not available. He went over the top, got us checked in in time to make our event.

Before you head to the property, you need to call them for parking because we had a lot of issue with parking. We were not aware of it and also they had a big event so there was four blocks blocked so we needed to park far. But overall, the location was perfect and beautiful.

"This hotel has very friendly and welcoming staff however it’s pretty outdated. The flooring in the room on ground floor was very hard and uneven in many places. This hotel has great potential it truly just needs some love and a facelift. The water park is awesome but also outdated."

"This place is huge and beautiful and clean. So pretty to walk around the property. Everything about it was great. Fun waterpark, so many other pool options if you want to enjoy the peace. My oldest son got sick while we were there and they were so helpful. I would go back every year."
