Take the Trip!! Life is short, come see what everyone loves about the Lake of the Ozarks in this beautiful home! For the 2026 season we are adding a fourth bathroom which will be off the master bedroom and a 14'x20' living room off the upper level of the house with great views of the lake. We will get photos added in spring 2026 as the project is completed. We have 4 spacious bedrooms- 3 with king beds and one with 2 queen size beds, and 4 full baths- 3 with showers and 1 tub/shower combo. For the 2026 season we are converting one of the original living rooms into a bunk room area for the kids with a smart TV and two sets of bunk beds. Our house also offers 2 living room, one on the lake level with large smart TV, card table, foosball table and dart board. Our second living room area is being added for the 2026 season, it will feature wrap around windows for a great view of the lake as well as a smart TV. We will get photos posted as the project is completed in early spring 2026\. We have parking for up to 5 vehicles or 4 vehicles and a trailer. Enjoy the beautiful lake view from all over the house inside and out. Each bedroom has a Roku Smart TV with guest log in so you can safely access your own personal apps or access the free content from Roku. This house sits in a beautiful, flat neighborhood great for morning or evening walks. The neighborhood is a quiet peaceful place, we require that you keep it that way! Our house is offered for the quiet family type vacation. This is the more relaxed part of the lake, in a quiet neighborhood for people looking to peacefully enjoy some tranquil time at the lake. You will often see our neighbors out walking the neighborhood or riding bikes enjoying the tranquility! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TRIP OF LATE NIGHT PARTYING AT THE LAKE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! Upper Level- all 4 bedrooms are on the upper/street level with 3 bathrooms, one is ensutie off the master bathroom. That bathroom is being added for the 2026 season, we will get photos posted as the project is completed. Bedrooms are spacious to accommodate all your luggage. Two of the rooms face the lake to wake up with that beautiful view. One of those rooms also features a private deck to relax with a book while enjoying the lake views. We have plenty of pillows in all varieties to accommodate every sleeper. Upstairs we are also converting the original upstairs living room into a bunk bed room for the kids. It will feature two sets of bunks beds, a smart TV and a small desk. Our new living room currently being added for the 2026 season is off the bunk room (the original living room) and will feature wrap around windows and great views of the lake. We will get photos posted as the project is completed. The deck can also be accessed from one of the bedrooms. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo for those wanting to soak in a tub or bathe the kids. The other two feature a walk-in shower. Bath towels and make-up towels are provided. Lake Level- the lake level has another spacious living area with tv and game space including a poker table, dart board, and foosball table. Our dining area features a big farm table to seat 10 people with 4 extra bar seats so everyone can enjoy meals together. The kitchen is stocked with a variety of pots and pans, utensils, place setting for 14, spices, combination Keurig and traditional coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, and microwave. There is also a large refrigerator and a dishwasher. Guests will have access to a full size washer and dryer. The 4th bathroom is on the lake level and has a beautifully tiled shower! There is a door onto a concrete patio with a porch swing perfect for taking in the stunning views. Outdoor Spaces- the outdoor patio features several chairs, propane gas grill, outdoor dining table with chairs, two person glider and the porch swing. The dock is a few steps away without the long steep climb of many places. We got a new dock in October 2023 with a 12' roof clearance and an open slip for your boat measuring 10'x24'. Our dock features a swim platform and wet steps to get back out of the lake easily. Although we love the newly remodeled indoor spaces, the outdoors is where you really want to be when you are at the Lake! Parking- If you are familiar with the Lake of the Ozarks you know that parking is a hot commodity! Our home has paved roads all the way to the door, including a paved driveway with a gravel side parking pad. We can accommodate up to 5 vehicles or 4 vehicles and a boat trailer. THE LAKE!- Of course the best part is the lake! This house is near the 4 mm of the Big Niangua Arm. The boat traffic is a little less here than the main channel of the lake, great for pulling tubes, skiers or wakeboards. It is still any easy boat ride to many popular waterfront bars/restaurants including The Cave, Nautifish, Capt Ron's, Fish and Co., Landshark and Paradise. The views are spectacular! There are some boat ramps nearby if you are bringing your own boat. There are also many places at the lake to rent boats and personal watercraft. There is easy access to some great restaurants and activities by boat or land. For everyone's safety and enjoyment, guests need to provide their own safety vests and/or flotation devices. We are not welcoming to party trips to the lake so you must be 30 or older to rent our home. This is a really great neighborhood with great people! We will require that you be respectful to them, we will enforce our 10 pm quiet hours and require that you move all activities indoors by 11pm. Please take care of this quiet, wonderful lake area and enjoy it. There is no smoking allowed in the house. We do not allow pets. The house will be stocked with starter supply of laundry and dishwasher pods, a starter supply of Keurig K cups, a traditional coffee maker and 2-3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, if you will need more than these starter supplies you will need to bring them with you. Upon check out you will be required to load the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher, collect all your trash and take it out to the dumpster on the street side of the house as well as place all towels on the shower floor in the lake level bathroom. We request that you leave all bedding on the beds so that the cleaners can inspect and strip them prior to washing. While we would very much like for you to enjoy your trip here, we can't stress enough that we require that you treat our neighbors with respect and observe quiet hours after 10pm and move all activities indoors by 11pm. If you are wanting a place to be up late partying, this is just not the place for you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this! PLEASE NOTE FOR SECURITY PURPOSES AND THE PROTECTION OF OUR NEIGHBORS THERE ARE TWO NOISE LEVEL MONITORS, ONE ON EACH END OF THE PATIO. THERE ARE ALSO FIVE AUDIO & VIDEO RECORDING CAMERAS OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. ONE AT THE STREET SIDE DOOR COVERING THE STREET SIDE YARD AND STREET SIDE ENTRANCE, A SECOND AT THE LAKE LEVEL COVERING THE PATIO, LAKE LEVEL YARD AND LAKE LEVEL ENTRANCE, A THIRD ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF HOUSE COVERING THE DECK AND LAKE YARD AREA, A FOURTH MOUNTED ON A TREE ON THE WAY TO THE DOCK COVERING THE DOCK AND LAKE WALL AREA AND THE FINAL CAMERA IS ON THE ROADSIDE AT THE GUEST STORAGE ROOM. TAMPERING WITH THE NOISE MONITORS, CAMERAS OR THE WIFI NETWORK WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND FOR YOUR REMAINING TIME. We encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance. If something comes up on short notice effecting your trip, the trip insurance can help to cover your expenses incurred due to the cancellation. Please note that our cancellation policy does allow for a 100% refund if you cancel more than 30 days prior to check in, a 50% refund if you cancel from 14-30 days prior to check in and no refund for cancellations less than 14 days prior to check in. Comfy beds, wonderful kitchen and eating area, small, but adequate bathrooms. The dock and outdoor areas are so nice...we used the grill and the fire pit, and the porch swing is very nice. We rented this house to accommodate our kids, grandkids and my nephews. We had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows. We enjoyed swimming off the dock and grilling outside. Communication with the owners was excellent. This is our 2nd year staying here because it was great before. They made updates to the dock and one of the doors that we loved! This house fit everyone comfortably! Loved the layout with all bedrooms upstairs and main living area downstairs. Beds were all comfortable, and everything was so clean. Plenty of supplies, nice patio and swim dock. No stairs into the house and very minimal stairs to get to the dock. Neighbors dog Macey made our visit that much better! She was such a sweet dog! We especially loved that it was quiet and very easy to relax on the back porch. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were large. Everything in the kitchen was in good working order. One thing to note is that the wake can get pretty big in this area when large boats go by. One of the lines tying our boat to the dock actually snapped after a particularly large wake. No damage was done to our boat but something to watch out for. Would definitely recommend this stay to friends/family. ##### Katie J. Love the common areas for the family to hang out! We've been to several places that do not have enough common area furniture to support the number of bedrooms. That was not the case here. The open concept and multiple seatings options were delightful! Another plus... the Dock wasn't overwhelming to get to and from. Host was great and there lots of Pro's. A few Con's but I still give 5 Stars, as this is my opinion and others will have their own opinions.... but examples are the main bedroom seems like it used to be a garage and was turned in to a main bedroom with a sitting area that you have to go through to get to the restroom. So there is no master bathroom. Maybe I just misunderstood the listing, I didn't go back and look and again I did not devalue the rating for it. Also in the main bedroom that seems like it was a garage, there is one air vent and no cold air return vent. We had to sleep with one of the double doors open, otherwise it got extremely hot even with their fan plus one we brought running. I don't sleep with my door open at home so it definitely wasn't ideal here. I'm a large person and I found that 2 upstairs bathrooms extremely snug. Like practically hit your head on the wall leaning forward to get off the stool. And the shower in what seems like it used tho be the main/master bathroom was snug for a larger person. The house was exactly as shown in the photos. Super clean, quiet neighborhood with an amazing view of the lake within close proximity to town. We were a group of 4 couples and this was a perfect place for us.
