Cart path runs right next to the front yard of this home and provides a short walk to all golf amenities including practice range, practice green, club house, Hook Café, Trophy Room, Hotel and Aveda SPA. Go get your cart for the day and bring it home to load up!! Tastefully decorated and stocked with all the necessities. This home has plenty of room to relax inside and out. With two patios off the back of the house, you can enjoy the outdoors. A patio fire pit allows for warm fires while enjoying cozy gatherings around the table with friends and family. You have found what you are looking for. Cleanliness, comfort, spaciousness, convenience, golf front, and an opportunity to create some amazing memories!!! The view is incredibly calming and an outstanding value. This property is in the gated community of Old Kinderhook in Camdenton, Missouri directly off Highway 54\. It is a very quiet (on land and water) area located on the beautiful Big Niangua Arm (MM 13) of the Lake. It is very easy to find and access without the need to navigate winding lake roads. This is an updated, well-equipped and clean vacation home. We just finished upgrading every angle of this place and it looks awesome. You will love to spend a few days right on the golf course in such a lovely place and won't want to leave. This house brings many advantages: \* Nearly 2,300 sq ft of space for one! \* New flat screen TVs throughout \* Large decks on both levels \* Great views of golf course \* 4 bedrooms to accommodate larger groups \* Patio table seats 6 with a fire pit built in \* Washer & Dryer \* Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods \* Fully equipped with towels, linens, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, kitchen utensils, spices, oils, coffee, shampoo, soaps, etc. This home is furnished to ensure you have a very stress free and comfortable stay. We have tried to include everything you need to enable your enjoyment. The full kitchen has an open seating area, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave and everything you will need for cooking and eating. The spacious living room has comfortable furniture, fire place and a large TV for your enjoyment. High-speed 1 Gbps secured wireless Internet access is also included at no cost. The large deck overlooking the golf course has plenty of seating for you to relax and cook with the gas grill. Even when it's warm out, you can enjoy some shade under cover with the cool feeling of the outdoors on the lower patio. A desk workspace is located in the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom: 2 twin XL beds which can be converted into a king, night stand, large walk in closet, ceiling fan, smart TV, and en suite bath. The other three bedrooms each have 2 twin XL beds which can be converted into a king, night stand, smart TV, ceiling fan and closet. The lower level has a comfortable living area with large smart TV, queen sized sleeper sofa and two chairs. All TVs have You Tube TV. They are controlled by Roku remotes. The You Tube TV service is provided for free. The unit is furnished with linens and towels for all bedrooms, baths and kitchen. The complex has 2 swimming pools for your pleasure. Also available is the Hook Café which opens early and offers great breakfast choices, lunch and drinks and the Trophy Room which opens in the afternoon and has excellent food and a full bar. Outdoor seating is available at the Café and Trophy Room (excellent views of the golf course). There is also an Aveda Spa for your relaxation with a full range of services. Other beautiful and challenging golf courses are within a 10-15 minute drive. Also nearby are dozens of lakefront restaurants and night clubs accessible by land or water. Grocery stores, shopping and boutiques in Camdenton are only five minutes away and additional opportunities exist in Osage Beach only 20 minutes away via 4-lane Highway 54. Camdenton is a much calmer part of lake. Old Kinderhook is a professionally managed course and is a pleasure to view and play. It also provides a great opportunity to just simply relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of life. That's what we enjoy about it. It is very close to Ha Ha Tonka State park which provides amazing views of nature, walking trails, castle ruins and more. A security deposit is required to hold reservations. It was very well appointed and a really wonderful, comfortable, and well decorated home. We very much enjoyed the location and drinking morning coffee on the spacious back deck. The kitchen was large and well appointed, and the bedrooms were comfortable, and all equipped with smart TVs. We highly recommend walking over to the Trophy Room for dinner (very close). It actually snowed 8 inches prior to our arrival and the owners ensured that the driveway and walkways were clear. They were extremely helpful during our stay in arranging an extension of our reservation. We came down to Old Kinderhook to golf a few days with family and friends, and we really enjoyed the property. The place we stayed had plenty of beds, was very clean and up-to-date, and it was also very convenient to walk to the driving range as well to the clubhouse, I highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again on our next golf outing at the lake of the Ozarks ##### Steve G. This house exceeded our expectations for our trip. All the bedrooms/bathrooms were clean and appeared just as advertised. The house itself comfortably fit our group of 8 people.
