Hier bezahlt man sicherlich auch die Nähe zum Strand (weniger als 10 Fussminuten). Hier und dort sollten allerdings kleinere Reparaturen vorgenommen werden... Wasserhahn im Bad flicken / stinkender Abfluss im Bad / Schubladen in der Küche sind teilweise locker / Fenster im Kinderzimmer klemmt / Geschirr war nicht alles sauber / weisse Plastikgartenstühle müssten erneuert werden (die sind mittlerweile schwarz).
