Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Die Inneneinrichtung ist auf das wesentlichste reduziert, die Küchenzeile bedarf eine Generalüberholung, gequollene Küchenfronten! Der Inneneinrichtung fehlt der gewisse Charme, relativ kalt und auch die Luftwärmepunkte konnten im April leider nicht das Haus auf ein gewissen Niveau aufwärmen, ansonsten alles sauber und zweckmäßig vorhanden. ##### Michael K. Leider hat es keinen Zaun, der das Grundstück abschliesst. Nasse Schuhe vor der Haustüre wurden gestohlen. Nachts knarren die Türen, wenn die Schlafzimmer-Fenster offen stehen. Bei der Waschmaschine war der Gummi geschimmelt, das Wasser immer noch in der Maschine und es stank im ganzen Badezimmer. Nachdem wir mit Amonjak alles gereinigt hatten, war es erträglich. Das Klosett war nicht richtig fixiert am Boden und knackte dauernd, wenn man darauf sass. ##### Egon ---
