Right on the Platja del Cap de Sant Pere, awarded the Blue Flag, and although busy in summer, with a good family atmosphere. The apartment is fully equipped and has a communal swimming pool with direct access to the beach. Everything you need to enjoy the beach and the best summer on the Costa Dorada. DISTRIBUTION: \- Bright and comfortable living and dining room. \- Double sofa bed in the living room. \- Terrace with side sea views. \- Fully equipped independent kitchen (see detail above). \- Master bedroom with double bed + single bed \- Second bedroom with double bed. \- Full bathroom with shower. GOOD TO KNOW: \- Air conditioning in the living room and in the corridor between the bedrooms. \- Built-in wardrobes in the 2 bedrooms. \- Group bookings are not accepted. \- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool. \- If you come by car, we recommend adding parking to your booking at a special price. It is difficult to park on the street during high season and booking it at reception will be more expensive. \- Key collection is done at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours in advance of arrival. This includes the occupant details required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments.
