Perched at the top of the ridge that separates the town of Cambria from the Pacific Ocean, this lovely split-level home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and features 270° views, from the Fiscalini Ranch to the southeast to the Piedras Blancas lighthouse to the northwest. Because of the unique location, you can watch sunrise and sunset from different parts of the house. Relax in the bright and airy great room, which offers wonderful views of birds and other wildlife playing in the nearby trees, the hamlet of Cambria, and the hills and Santa Lucia mountains beyond. The living room includes a 65-inch OLED TV with a state-of-the-art sound system and gas fireplace that can easily heat up the great room and the upper bedroom. The primary bedroom is a haven, with a beautifully remodeled bathroom and a deck to take in ocean views; the colors at twilight are a sight to behold! The large windows are shaded by light-filtering blinds; open the windows at night and be lulled to sleep by the sound of crashing waves in the comfortable Queen bed. The “Aloha” bedroom downstairs also has a Queen bed, which opens out onto a small deck leading into the charming backyard garden. Downstairs also features the small 3rd bedroom/study with a pull-out full-size sofa and a full bathroom between the two bedrooms. You could not ask for a better location in Cambria- just short walks to Shamel Park and its beach, as well as to the Fiscalini preserve with its trail network and captivating variety of wildlife, including everything from deer, wild turkeys, and the occasional fox to views of seals, otters, dolphins and more from the bluffs. Moonstone Beach and West Village with all of its shops and dining are also within easy walking distance. Upstairs is a little warmer than the downstairs. Parking is a bit awkward being on a hill with no garage access but doable with one car. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. A health issue prevented me from posting a review sooner. All six of us enjoyed the house very much. It was clean and we had a nice views. I loved our master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. One of our other couples had a great room also. The 2nd bathroom was liked by our guests. The only improvement I would suggest is twin XL twin beds in the 3rd bedroom that adults or children would be comfortable sleeping on. The futon mattress is thick and comfy, but it is between the arms of the sofa, so only a toddler or small child will fit with straight legs. The home was absolutely beautiful with nice upgraded features, furnishings, and amenities. It had everything we needed for our family of 5\. There are multiple decks each with a unique view of Cambria. The home sits high on Park Hill on a corner lot which allows for amazing views. The home is a tri-level floorplan with the primary bedroom upstairs, the main floor on the entry level, and 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor. The main floor is an open great room with a well-appointed kitchen with everything we needed. The property description was not only accurate but better than we expected. The home was clean and well maintained. The only slight issue we had was the lack of space for parking (since we came in our mini-van with a bike rack attached), but were able to park sideways in the driveway. It wasn't a negative but something to consider if traveling in multiple vehicles.The property management company is local so it was easy to communicate with them with our requests and they provided great customer service. The home is close to Moonstone Beach, Shamel Park, Fisalini Ranch Reserve, and Main Street in Cambria. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Cambria. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying at this home again in the future.:) ##### Theresa B.
